Visiting from Greenville, NC. Found this little gem while searching for local places to eat. The decor/branding is adorable. Friendly/Chill staff that really gets you cozy and relaxed. Food was delicious, dare I say, Vicious! The one I got as shown in the picture was the Holy City Cubano which is the exact same taste from my home down in Florida. They also had merch of Vicious Biscuit that I had to fight the temptation of getting mugs and t-shirts. I don’t often eat biscuits, but when I do, it will definitely be from Vicious Biscuits!
My family and I went here while on vacation in Tennessee. The food was absolutely AMAZING. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the place itself was delightful. Would love to see them open up a location here in Arkansas. I'd make that drive for the food alone. Hands down one of the best restaurants I've ever visited.
Great place to have breakfast for lunch. Can’t go wrong with majority of the menu. Coffee is drinkable and will hit the spot. Bacon is really good and the eggs find exactly the way you ask. Grits are just ok( little salty).
The food was absolutely amazing, I ordered a viscous biscuit and it came out exactly like the picture, the chicken was perfectly crispy and warm and had a very nice flavor. The biscuit itself was much larger than I was expecting and was also crispy and flavorful. They also have a butter bar with many different flavors which is nice.
When I go to sleep at night, I dream about this biscuit. When I wake up, I think about this biscuit. I can’t even eat breakfast anymore because nothing comes close to immense joy and fulfillment provided from this heavenly biscuit. Each bite was a liberating journey. Portions of my soul were unlocked. Who was I before eating this biscuit? Not nearly the man I am now. Go to this place above all others. Travel night and day just for a single bite of their food. Cherish each bite. You will be better for it.
Total home run. I'd give 6 stars if I could. They have a really extensive menu and the few things we've had there all have been great. I had the vicious biscuit and everything on it was great. Perfect balance of crispy chicken with a soft biscuit, and the gravy was savory like sausage gravy should be with sweetness (I think it was maple but maybe honey?). Staff couldn't have been nicer either. By the looks of it, I could see it being really busy when school is in session but we were there the AM after a fairly large snowfall so there were only about 4 other groups around. This will be a regular on our future trips to Boone.
The staff were great and the food was delicious! The biscuits were light and fluffy. Both dishes (Viscous Biscuit and Bowl) we ordered were amazing.
We loved our breakfast! The egg white omelette, beignets, and sweet potato waffle were delish. Highly recommend.
